I had given him a hard time about investing in Gary, IN so he decided to debate me on the topic. I think one of the most important questions that any investor can ask themselves is, does the specific strategy and goals I have, work well in the city I am investing in or looking to invest in. Each investor, and each city, have different strengths and weaknesses. Make sure that you pick the city that aligns with your goals and strategy. No matter which city you choose.
