Welcome to the Resident Renewal Rewards Program page! We want to reward our outstanding Residents, and one of the ways we do that is through our Resident Renewal Rewards Program. This program is set up to reward residents who meet certain criteria and are looking to renew their leases with us, for at least another year. Here is how the program works:
Resident Criteria:
The resident must meet all of the following criteria:
- Residents must not have had any Code Violations.
- Residents must not have had any Lease Violations.
- Residents must be renewing their lease for a minimum of 1 year.
- Residents cannot have had more than 1 late payment in the previous 12 months.
- Residents must have maintained the exterior of the home for the previous 12 months.
- Residents were present and on time to work order repairs and maintenance, as well as for scheduled walkthrough inspections, on the first attempt.
Resident Renewal Rewards
For residents that meet the previous qualifications, you are eligible to choose from the following Resident Rewards (subject to change without notice and based on availability):
Google Nest Thermostat – Allows you to control your HVAC system from your phone using your wifi network.
Nest Video Camera – Allows you to see who is outside your home, and can give you alerts/notifications based on the parameters you set.
Smart Lock / Keyless Entry – Allows you to type in a code to access your house instead of fumbling with your keys.
Touchless Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer – Allows you to turn on your faucet without touching it and transferring germs and dirt!
$50 Gift Card – Spend the money on yourself to do whatever you want, you earned it!

***Resident Rewards which are items used in the house must remain in the house upon the resident moving out, all products remain in the possession of the property owner and are only available for the resident’s use while the resident lives in the property. In addition, we reserve the right to adjust the terms of the Resident Rewards Program at any time, without notice.
