One of the options that RedBird offers is lending opportunities. In this scenario, RedBird Realty Solutions would pay a specified interest rate for a specified amount of time, in exchange for borrowing your money, during the duration of the loan. These loans could be short term (6-9 months) or longer (12-18 months). We also offer the ability to roll your loan over if you are satisfied with your current returns.

We also offer Notes that investors can purchase if they would like to earn a passive income, while not actually owning any Real Estate themselves. This can provide a great return on investment for the right kind of investor.
