As our portfolio has grown, we have been forced to handle more and more lawn care issues. At the same time, we have realized that other investors are having the same problems we are, and we would like to help. While we do not focus on becoming a lawn care company, or landscaping specialists, what we do offer is the opportunity to do simple projects, irregularly, and for a fair price.
Every lawn care package includes:
- Grass Mowed
- Weedwhipping & Trimming
- Sidewalks, Driveways, & Streets Blew Clean
We typically mow once every ten days or so, the price depends on the size of the lawn and the neglect it has seen.
